From Malmesbury:  From the Waitrose roundabout take the A429 towards the motorway. Then take the next left (grange lane) signposted to startley, you will go up a hill and down a hill going under a railway bridge. Then you will go past a small cottage on your left and then up a hill again. It’s then the next driveway on the left called ‘The Rookery’ follow the track round to the left and continue till you reach the boxes.

 

From M4 Jnc17:  Take the A429 to Cirencester. Take first right after motorway roundabout. Continue along this road all the way to ‘The New Inn’ pub in Seagry and then go left. Continue left all the way through Startley and the property is on the right at the end of the village called ‘The Rookery’.  If you end up going under a railway bridge you have gone to far.
